In the next step, we collect the most important facts around the problem. You will experience a guided and structured data collection results in a factbook that serves as preparation for all participants to share their knowledge, find solutions and implement them.

Step 3 - The Synergies

Here, we focus specifically on synthesizing and connecting the problem-specific expert knowledge from within your business units. In this way, we make visible which information is important for problem solving, and for what reasons, so that everyone involved has the same starting point for finding a solution.

Step 4 - The Solutions

Your key experts and decision-makers go through a complex decision-making and problem-solving process. They develop solutions in several iterations from different perspectives and in changing roles in order to obtain a 360° overview.
